Meet Nichole

NorthWest Indiana photographer

For the first ten years of my life, I was carefree in South Carolina. Probably standing among the tallest pine trees, brewing a delectable dirt stew in one of the stumps, or gorging on a giant bag of freshly boiled peanuts from a roadside stand. That or maybe I was standing by the neighbor’s fence, breathing in the wonderful scent of blooming honeysuckle. But most likely, I was taking pictures of anything and everything with my disposable camera.

As I got older, I continued photographing life as I moved from place to place. But over time, it became less about capturing moments for myself and more about sharing them online for views and likes. I lost the joy I once had in the experience.

When I went back to school and found my way back to photography, I rediscovered what I loved about it in the first place. The same love I had as a child. The biggest difference now is that my camera is a lot bigger and the joy I want to capture is yours!
